Not sure where you're going with the question.
Mark, Thanks for urgent reply. What i mean is that: i never set it before and i want it to be in roaming form just like users have access to there docs on the domain, do u mean if i configure outlook with exchange it will automatically be roaming in the domain? In the case of server: we use \\servername\sharefoldername\%username%\%roamingprofile% Trusting in your quick response Adamu. If you are going to use roaming profiles when you configure the Exchange account make sure to select the user mailbox as the place to save mails. If you select personal folders or ofline folders the mails will be saved in the .pst/.ost and the user will not be able to open their outlook in the new computer. It is a simple configuration but it demands more storage and trafic from the network( or so i was told). Have you considered using OWA?

Correction - offline folders (OST/cached mode) works just fine with roaming profiles. The OST file by default lives in the local settings folder and does not roam. In fact, PST files live in the same folder and also don't roam -but their use is definitely discouraged.

Hi, Adamu - I believe you posted a message about roaming profiles in microsoft.public.windows.server.setup. That is a better group for your questions, and I have already replied in there. Please stick with that thread - this is not an Exchange issue. <snip>
