Outlook Anywhere 2007
I have a client using outlook 2007 that is configured for outlook anywhere.
But after he logs on the profile just sits there "connecting, disconnected.
connecting, disconnected...over and over again. His settings are correct. The
account was first set up internally, then initial connection over the WAN was
established over a vpn connection.

Is there anyway to monitor this from the exchange server to see exactly
where the problem is?

Re: Outlook Anywhere 2007
Hello,

You can check the status by using queue viewer.
You may try disabling the antivirus add-in on outlook.

If this is a one client issue, and does not happen all the time. you need to
focus on the client it self.

Re: Outlook Anywhere 2007
It is one outlook client. I had them for a firmware upgrade on their linksys
- but the issue is the same. I configured the laptop and the install is the
same for all users. I will try re-creating the profile.

Re: Outlook Anywhere 2007
Lets press ctrl and right click on the outlook icon. Select connetion
status.
Then we can check the average response, req/fail rates.
By the way did you try disabling antivirus add-on and restarting outlook ?
