Help! I just set up an Exchange 2003 Server and set up Outlook 2000 as "Corporate" (MAPI ) and configured it to point to my new server. I can send email out of my domain but I can't receive any email back. I'm not getting any errors in Outlook. I just don't receive any email. Thanks! RC
Use ESM to enable and use Message Tracking to identify where msg stops! Internally can you send/receive mails? This account have valid SMTP address? This occurs with one or more mailbox? And about yours MX at DNS Configuration? tks, Renato Jr "IRC5150" wrote: > Help! > I just set up an Exchange 2003 Server and set up Outlook 2000 as "Corporate" > (MAPI ) and configured it to point to my new server. The message tracker says that it can't find the message because it may have left the exchange system. I cannot receive any emails internally either. Yes, it is a valid smtp address. These are current users of the company but they are using another system for email. My MX record points to my server with a 10.x.x.x address.
