User Quit - Access Email?
Hello All!

First sorry if I am in the wrong group, I could not find one more specific.

Question. I am new to managing a small business server but have been able
to get it running for my brother with 10 users. All is going well.
REcently, someone up and quit on him and he wants to get that users emails
and appoitments and deleted mail. IS this possible as administrator? I
imagine I could easily change the users password and then log on as them but
is there a way to do this more discretely? Like observe them for the last few
days they are there? As well, where is all the deleted email kept? Are sent
messages saved? What 'control' do I have?

Any and all advice is welcome (and yes, even "take a course") but until
then, please help!

Thanks!
