I have a user that can view all of his mail, public folders and anything else through OWA; but when he goes to type a new message or reply to an existing one he doesn't get the message body field; just a red 'x'. I had him dump his cache and cookies and flush the dns cache but to no avail. Does anyone have an idea on this?
