I am trying to set-up the new Motorola Q (Windows Mobile 5.0) to synchronize with our Exchange 2000 server. We have never synched any device before and I am new to Exchange 2000 (or any version). Can anyone give me some assistance in doing this? What do I need in Exchange to allow this? We do have OWA setup and working. When I try and setup the Motorola Q in activesync, I get the following error: Support Code: 0x85010006 I am thinking that something needs to be setup on the Exchange Server in order for this all to work? I did read something about Server ActiveSync 2002 needed on Exchange 2000 for use with mobile devices and syncronizing... Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Ken
