How to restrict a specific email to be sent to exchange organizati   

I have an Exchange 2003 organization and i need to restrict that a specific 
person, that is quite boring, from send emails to my organization.
May i do it without any foreighn tool?

yes you can limit specific user from sending emails to your organisation.
