Exchange is not recalling messages, any special settings that I need to change. user sent me a message and recall from my Mail box. When I logged in I had two emails Original and recall message. I managed to read the original then clicked on the recall request and pressed OK, user got a message to say unable to recall. If I click on the recall request first and press OK both messages get sent back to the user from my mail box and user gets a message Successful recalled. Shortly this is not right.
