Monitoring Large Email   

Hi, I’m running exchange 2000 and am looking to find out if it’s possible to 
monitor the size of email being transferred through exchange.  It would be 
beneficial if exchange can output to a log file with the size of the each 
email and the sender.  

Also is it possible to delay large email being sent during the hours 9am to 
5pm?
