Exchange 5.5   

In Exchange 5.5 Server, I am trying to find the "sent" and "inbox" so that I 
can see where the end users are emailing to and from on a daily basis.

can i do that from Exchange Server, I must of looked everywhere for it.

You can't see this from the server side.

You need to use Outlook to connect to each mailbox, you will need the 
necessary permissions.
