My computer had something wrong with it and I had to empty out system and I 
lost my coa sticker.

Greetings,

Do you have any way of proving that you own system?  Microsoft is usually 
very good about assisting when these types of issues arise.  They realize 
that sometimes the COA becomes lost or damaged in some way.
