I have a problem with a message that seems to be inside the system mailbox. I am unable to perform a backup using my Veritas Software as the message seems to be corrupt in some way. I have read an msdn article on how to enable the SystemMailbox through Active Directory. I would like to know if I can then open the SystemMailbox using Outlook 2003 and then delete the problamatic message and is this safe?

Thanks, but I had already read that article. What I would like to know is: -1. Can I open up the system mailbox using Outlook 2003 and is this safe? -2 If I can open the system mailbox using Outlook 2003, is it safe to delete the problamatic message?
