We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 A member of our IT team left unexpectedly. There are items in her 'sent' folder the company needs access to. But, if we reset her password in Active Directory, we know she used her username and password to install lots of programs and processes on our servers. (I know - bad practice!) (We fear the changed password will break a number of programs / processes) We have shared her contacts, inbox, calendar etc in Outlook. But we haven't found a way to share her 'sent' folder. Anyone have a method? -- richk

Do this: http://www.petri.co.il/grant_full_mailbox_rights_on_exchange_2000_2003.htm Open her mailbox from your own Outlook.

You can grant Full Mailbox Access to another account or security group and pop the entire mailbox open using Outlook. Thanks folks! I had the permissions set right, but I didn't know it. Next, I just needed to find the procedure to add the view as a folder. There's probably a cleaner explanation somewhere else, but I found it here: http://www.vlerick.be/helpdesk/our_services/faq/software_solution/microsoft/outlook/faq_additional_mailbox.html -- richk "richk" wrote: > We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 > A member of our IT team left unexpectedly.
