We can successfully reserve an exchange resource "meeting Room" by creating a Calendar event in Gmail and inviting MeetingRoom@myexchangedomain.com. MeetingRoom will receive the invitation and if the time is free the external user can book the room. The "Meeting Room" is an Exchange 2007 resource, and internal Exchange users can book "meeting room" and do receive an email confirmation of the resource auto-accepting the scheduled event. Problem: External user is not receiving a confirmation email confirming "meeting room" reservation. Question: How do we get Exchange to send a meeting confirmation to the external user which booked the room? Thanks

If so, you would have to allow auto-replies to the internet under global settings for the org. Not a good idea however as it can lead to mail loops.
