Hi all, We have the following situation: One mailbox wit address: username1@domain.com This address shows up in the GAL. What we want: a second entry which shows up in the GAL username2@domain.com Using an alias will resolve the correct address, but doesn't show in in the GAL. Adding an extra mail-enabled contact is not possible since the e-mail address is already used but the original box. Is there a way to add multiple entries in the GAL with all the same e-mail address ?
Probably not the way you want to do it. What I would do is create 2 mailboxes. Give the user in question full access to the second mailbox and either create separate OL profiles or add the mailbox to the users first OL profile.
