OWA   
We will be removing the first exchange server from a site following 
KB822931.  I saw no mention of doing anything to move OWA to the new server.  
So is there anything that we need to do to make sure OWA moves to teh new 
server as well?

Its installed and enabled by default.

Be sure you repoint your DNS to the new OWA site.
