Hi, I want to archive Exchange 2007 Database from time to time or based on policy. Is there any archival option for Database of Exchange 2007 SP1? Regards, Denis
Do you mean archive mail in the database or backup the actual database? Hi Martin, I mean Archiving mails from database. I will make you understand by an example. XYZ is a mailbox on Exchange Server. XYZ's mailbox size is set to 200MB. We want that once XYZ's mailbox reaches a limit of 175MB, his most recent mails of 125MB should be moved to an Archive Database. Also, he should be able to access this mails (in archive database) online. I want archival to be done automatically or manually. Does Exchange 2007 provide any such feature? Thanks in Advance.
