Exchange 2003 Public Folder Design Conflicts
After rehoming Exchange 2003 Server public folders to new servers, I receive
error:
a folder design conflict has occurred in 'Public Folder name'. The design of
this folder has been simultaneously modified on two or more folder replicas.
Only the set of changes made last have been saved".
I have not rehomed all public folders off old servers. Many users receive
these design conflict messages.
How can I resolve this?

Remove those users as folder contacts, or have them create Outlook
rules to delete those messages, otherwise.. not much...

Re: Exchange 2003 Public Folder Design Conflicts
thanks for the reply. is this by design while rehoming or is this issue
something I need to address?

You'll see those sometimes when moving replicas yes.
