Ex2003 mailbox corrupted Disclaimer when sent through Ex2007 Server
I have an Ex2007 gateway running CAS and Hub Transport roles. I setup
a transport rule to apply a disclaimer to my outbound emails. This
works fine when sending using my Ex2007 mailbox however we have all
our Ex2003 servers (until they are migrated) pushing emails out from
this server and all emails are being garbled. Here is an example.

Test
  Test
Disclaimer

Is there a way to fix this or have Ex2007 transport rules ignore the
message if it comes from a Ex2003 mailbox?
