SCR
If I have a two site Exchange organization, where we have one Exchange
server online and a second on standby with log shipping via Standby
Continuous Replication (SCR). Is there any type of DB (Mailbox) consistency
check that is required if I switch over to the standby Exchange server?
I don't believe there is but I want to verify this.

Re: SCR
None required - Continuous Replication takes care of integrity checks on
replicated transaction logs.
You will need to run Restore-StorageGroupCopy to prepare the DB for
mounting, and disable-StorageGroupCopy to disable existing SCR replication
before you mount the target Store as part of activation.
