Install 2008 DC on my domain with a Exchnage 2003 organization
I want to install a first 2008 DC on my organization, cause in the
future i will remove all 2003 DCs. The first thing needed is to
upgrade forest and domain scheme, but i have Exchange 2003 running. Is
the Exchange going to crash or is it a safe move ? If this works ok,
my next step will be install Echange 2007, move mailboxes and remove
the Exchange 2003.

How can I achieve all this safely ?

Please Help.

I believe the best method for achieving alll what you want is.

1) Install E2k7 in an existin E2k3 environment (along with old
existing W2k3 DC/GC)
2) Perform the migration (move mailboxes & pf replication)
3) Remove E2k3 once your done with your migration.
4) Upgrade your Forest and Domain (AD) to W2k8 level.
5) Introduce your W2k8 DC in your environment.

Yes, this has to be the way, since Exchange2003 is not supported on Windows
2008.

Exchange 2003 with sp2 is not supported in W2k8 domain ?
