We are using Exhange 2003 SP2. We have a group of people that are leaving our firm, and we want to restrict the following things, if possible by Group Policy. These particular users are presently mixed in throughout our Users OU, but can be easily moved to a sub-OU of users in order to effect GP. We need to be able to: 1-Remove these users from cache mode 2-Disable their ability to send/receive email and have their email forwarded to another address 3-Disable their ability to print from Outlook (print to printer and to file) 4-Disable OWA 5-Disable their ability to copy emails out of Outlook and pasted in other applications for printing or saving Thanks!!
You can't change anything on the Exchange Server through group policy, so you can't effect changes to 2 or 4 through group policy. You can make certain Outlook changes through group policy, but I'd recommend that you post questions about that to an Outlook newsgroup. -- Ed Crowley MVP - Exchange "Protecting the world from PSTs and brick backups!"
