Message tracking tutorial
Hi,

I'm new to Exchange 2007 admin and I'm trying to find out why one user (our
CFO) didn't get some calendar invites from the morning. We have Ex2007 SP1
(clusted mailbox servers, CAS server) but the relay server is Unix based.
Our calendar admin sent out company holidays in the morning to an alias
(Unix based), supposingly the relay server will send to correct users in
Exchange. It seems everyone received the entries okay, but our CFO didn't
receive anything. I was trying to find errors through message tracking and
I could see some SEND/RECEIVE to the CFO email address, but how do I know
where it get stuck?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would be hard to say without knowing what you see in Message Tracking.

I agree - message tracking is ur last bet (or have a check at the NCSA
logging --- if that was enabled)

Re: Message tracking tutorial
