Hi all A user has sent a message which exceeds the user limit which AIUI is 10Mb by default. How do I cancel this message to stop the bounce messages he has been getting every 5 minutes for the last 3 days? Either in Exchange or Outlook. Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003. TIA Phil
Find the message in the Exchange 2003 Queue and delete with no NDR. Should probably be in a retry queue. However the sender is still receiving bounce messages about the size of the attachment "Message being sent exceeds ......." Any other thoughts please? TIA Phil
