blank distribution list   

Hello,

We have exchange 2003. Some users randomly sometimes when opening
Distribution List in Outlook 2003, users don’t  see any Members.
Members box is blank. It works sometimes.

We though this is because of low RAM on DCs as may be global catalogue
is not getting full information. However we upgraded RAM to 3gb on all
DCs but still same problem.

Users sometimes can view all members of the DL. Sometimes same user
can not view any members. Members box is just blank. The DL is not
Hidden in exchange.

Can you please advise what can be wrong?

When they select the group in the To field; can they expand the group?

Thank you for your response.

Answer to the quetion is, when try to expan group, it shows blank. in
any way member list is blank.
