I have a remote user that needs her "Contacts" from the OWA mailbox off the Exchange 2007 Server. What is the best method to achive this? She is currently setup in Outlook 2003.

There's just a mailbox, period - whether she uses OWA or Outlook as a client. If you want to export the contacts from the mailbox to a PST file (for use outside the Exchange environment entirely), it's easiest to use Outlook's file | import/export wizard. If that doesn't describe what you want to do, please post back..
Can't she just right click on her contacts and add them to a new personal contact list? Wait a minute...she wants her work contacts exported onto her personal non-work system...and she access work contacts ONLY via OWA? I don't know exactly what OWA2K7 offers as far as saving items and doing an export. Is there anyway she can use her Outlook to connect to the network via VPN or something, set up her exchange profile in O2K3, then export her contacts through Outlook? How many contacts are we talking here? If it's less than ten or so, I'd tell her to just manually do it...or perhaps email forward herself those emails to her personal account. It's too bad she doesn't use Outlook for her work mail, she could easily save the contacts as business cards or even email them as business cards to her personal email account. I've been trying it in OWA2k3 but can't really do much with my contacts. :(
