If the specialuser already has a mailbox you can remove the mailbox
(right-click the user and select "Exchange tasks...", then "delete
mailbox"). Then make the user a mail-enabled user (right-click the
user and select "Exchange tasks..." and use the "Establish Email
address"). Of course, if you want to preserve the current mailbox
contents you should probably move them to a PST file first. :-)

Don't send mail to this address mailto:h.pott@getronics.com
Or to these, either: mailto:h.pott@pinkroccade.com mailto:melvin.mcphucknuckle@getronics.com mailto:melvin.mcphucknuckle@pinkroccade.com

Thanks guys. Regarding mail-enabled vs mailbox-enabled, they are really not
using the mailbox at all. They do however need the AD account because they
remote desktop into one of our pc's to use our desktop applications but they
do not use exchange for email at all.
