Dear All, I am not very experienced at troubleshooting such issues we have an Exchange 2003 (with SP2) Active/Passive Exchange Cluster which in the last month has started experiencing problems only with outgoing SMTP messages. Inbound messages and external messages coming in are fine. There was a project approximately three months ago involving better organising the mailbox stores which involved moving hundreds of mailboxes. Basically messages are queuing and some are getting to the stage where they are retrying and eventually expiring. I have enabled SMTP Logging but in truth I don't really know what I am looking for. Can anyone please advise me how best to go about resolving this? Or can anyone advise of any known issues similar to this that they are aware of? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Regards, Darren
Any error codes in the delay notifications? If you are able to send outbound mails and only some destinations gives u delay, the Most common issue is Reverse DNS records.
