Select the "Exchange Advanced" tab on the disabled user's property page and click "Mailbox rights...". Click "Add..." and select the /enabled/ user in the trusted domain. Then check the "Associated external account" box. -- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP MS Exchange FAQ at http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Don't send mail to this address mailto:h.pott@getronics.com Or to these, either: mailto:h.pott@pinkroccade.com mailto:melvin.mcphucknuckle@getronics.com mailto:melvin.mcphucknuckle@pinkroccade.com

Thank you. Another question : new users in other forest DC don't have mail tabs because exchange is not installed there. How can I associate the mail address ? Or simply they get association from the old forest ? TIA "Rich Matheisen [MVP]" wrote: > Help_Pc wrote: > > >KB 916783 > > Check the build number on the files mentioned in the KB.
