Exchange ActiveSync (EAS): Outlook NOTES?
All the WM devices I have handled (inlcuding 6.1) don't seem to offer
*wireless* Notes Sync.

I'm sure I've read somewhere recently that wireless synchronization of
Outlook NOTES is *still* not available for Windows Mobile (all versions).

Pls can anyboyd confirm/deny ?

And, if it isn't available, my I pose the question: WHY THE HECK NOT? :-)
We can sync email/cal/contacts wirelessly; why not notes?

Thanks.

Re: Exchange ActiveSync (EAS): Outlook NOTES?
- Documented here:
Overview of Exchange ActiveSync
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998357(EXCHG.80).aspx
Exchange ActiveSync can synchronize e-mail messages, calendar items,
contacts, and tasks. You cannot use Exchange ActiveSync to synchronize notes
in Microsoft Outlook.

- Don't have an answer for the second question, except stating the obvious -
it's not available.
- You can provide product-related feedback and feature requests to exwish at
microsoft dot com.

Re: Exchange ActiveSync (EAS): Outlook NOTES?
True.
I have more than a few users coming over to BES for this reason. They have
thousands of notes.
Of what I have no clue, but they are not happy...

Probably for the same reason you cant create new Notes in OWA either.
Notes have always been the screwy cousin of the mailbox for some
reason.

Yup Blackberry has been able to do this FOREVER - it can't eactly be rocket
science.
I used to be a Blackberry user, switched to WM, and I miss my Notes. Plus
lots of our users are asking the same question.

Seems to me like a SIGNIFICANT weakness of WM - and, at the end of the day,
pretty crappy that it isn't already implemented.
