Hi, folks- I have an Exchange 2003 server that contains a bunch of mailboxes for users that have left. When each left, various forwarding was set up and I need to untangle the current forwarding settings. When I view the forwarding settings for a user (Delivery Options in ADU&C), however, the "Forward to:" field is grayed out and blank even though the radio button next to it is selected. I can click "Modify" and set up a new forwarding destination, but I can't figure out how to view the current forwarding settings. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks for any help, Simon

You may be dealing with myriad Outlook rules - those are more of a pain to untangle.
