Redirect HTTP to HTTPs on Windows 2008/Exchange 2007   

I know in article : 839357, it shows how to redirect OWA HTTP to HTTPs on 
Windows 2003, but wondering if there is an official MS articile or doc that 
gives the steps for Exchange 2007 on Windows 2008 ?

I found some public blogs about it, but looking for the official line on 
this.
