Hello, Hopefully someone can help me out with this. We have set up several meeting rooms as a Room mailbox (Exchange 2007). in the resource settings page, there is a section called resource privacy options. One of these options is to delete attachments from meeting requests. we have selected this option and confirmed it using the get-MailboxCalendarSettings command in the exchange management shell. However attachments from meeting requests are still making it to the resource's calendar. The server is fully patched with service packs and rollups. Iâve tried reapplying the options from both the gui and command line, Iâve created a new room, and still the same behaviour. if anyone has some ideas, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!
