Email Relay issue   
When some of our users send email to multiple recipients that belong to the 
same outside client domain only on person gets the email where the rest 
don't and our exchange server produces the following event. When email is 
resent to individuals - one recipient with no CC or BCC per email-  it goes 
through.

Description:
This is an SMTP protocol error log for virtual server ID 1, connection 
#13664. The remote host "199.107.71.119", responded to the SMTP command 
"rcpt" with "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for jdoe@outSideClienDomain.net . The 
full command sent was "RCPT TO: jdoe@outSideClienDomain.net .  This will 
probably cause the connection to fail.
