Hi all, One user tried to send email to this remote domain ex: @remotedomain.uk. Immediately, NDR generated as follows: The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: user@remotedomain.uk on 5/12/2008 5:20 PM You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator. <local exchange server Name #5.7.1 smtp;501 5.7.1 This system is not configured to relay mail (r) from to for mydomain.com> (exchange 2003 envir.) Any idea and how to fix it? Thank you.
If your user can get an email sent from someone at remotedomain.uk, you can see what primary email address they are still using on their mailboxes. The destination probably hasn't updated their server's authoritative domains, receiving for remotedomain.uk but primary email address policy configured for something else. thanks, jason "John" wrote in message news:E3AAAE3F-575D-4FDB-B27D-96EB932A5CA7@microsoft.com... > Hi all, > > One user tried to send email to this remote domain ex: @remotedomain.uk. > Immediately, NDR generated as follows: > > The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: > > user@remotedomain.uk on 5/12/2008 5:20 PM > You do not have permission to send to this recipient.
