Free/Busy info   
By default, Outlook has the setting of publishing 2 months of Free/Busy info.

Is there a way to change this on Exchange?  We want to increase this to 12 
months and we want to see if there's a way to avoid going to each user's desk 
to do it.

Oh and UpdateFB tool doesnt do what you require.
