Blank messages won't go away
I have a server with about 50 small messages to various domains that will not
die. The sender and recipient on them is blank, their status is Queued, and I
cannot delete them, with or without NDR. They have no message ID, or subject.

Their expiry was last week, and the virtual servers won't send them because
the remote server did not resond to a connection attempt. This part I'm
guessing is because of the blank recipient.

Any ideas?

These are "ghost" messages. Restart the virtual SMTP server and
they'll go away.

Re: Blank messages won't go away
So what is it that causes these ghosts to appear?
