Global address list not showing in RPC over HTTP
I believe this is a common problem that i have......

Quite simply the Global address list is not showing whilst i am using RPC
over https. I have just got this working and have spoke to a friend who had a
similar problem but can't remember the solution!

I am using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003/2007

Thanks

Is Outlook configured to use "cached-mode"? Have you been able to
download the Offline Address Book?

Re: Global address list not showing in RPC over HTTP
Hi Rich

Thanks for your reply

I have found the solution which was to simply download the GAL from the
tools, send/recieve menu, download address book option. Now all is rosey!!

Thanks

That'll work, but it's certainly not ideal. Outlook should download
the OAB (or the changes to the OAB) once a day.
