Exchange 2003 proxy with send as and mailbox storage limit
I have a number of users with full mailbox access, including send as, for
central mailboxes. I have a "prohibit send at" limit of 50MB for each
mailbox. If a user is signed in as themselves and proxied into the central
account, they can send email as the central account even though the size of
that mailbox has exceeded 50MB. This works as long as their own personal
mailbox is under the limit.

Is there a way I can prevent someone from "sending as" if the size of the
central mailbox has exceeded 50MB?

Thanks.

Yep. The SEND AS bit is AD thing, so if they can send, it really has
nothing to do with the mailbox they are sending as .

Only if you require them to logon to central mailbox and access it as
if it was their own. OWA?

Thanks. Do you know of any third party products that may provide this
functionality?
