Defrag Switch
Hi,

I have a problem with my Exchange database and I will run the eseutil to
correct it but I have a serious space disk problem: the database is 330 GB
and the space remaining is 12 GB.
I am planning put 2 disks of 300 GB to run eseutil pointing the temp files
to them.
What switch command of eseutil can I run to point the temp files to the new
disks?

Thanks.

Re: Defrag Switch
a 330 gb mail store? wow...how many users? no mailbox limits? how much
whitespace do you think you're going to reclaim? here's an article on the

Re: Defrag Switch
Hi Susan,

it´s just Public Folder. There are 4 mailboxe stores with mailboxes limit.

Just for know (to me), the Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise support 5 Storage
Groups with 4 Mailboxes Store, is that correct?

Thanks.

Best Regards.

Luiz

Re: Defrag Switch
it's the other way around...from
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821748/en-us:

Exchange 2003 uses mailbox stores and public folder stores, and these are
referred to as databases. In Exchange 2003, you can configure up to five
stores (either mailbox stores or public folder stores) in up to four storage
groups, and you can have a maximum of twenty databases for each Exchange
2003 computer.
