Yes, if you need more than 5 Storage Groups - you'll need Enterprise
Edition.
Planning for Standby Continuous Replication

Each target computer supports a maximum of 50 SCR targets (50 replicated
storage groups) when using the Enterprise Edition of Exchange 2007, and a
maximum of 5 SCR targets when using the Standard Edition of Exchange 2007.
