Message Tracking Center - pop account
Hello,
I have some users in branch offices that use Outlook pop accounts to
get their email.
They are using the Exchange server as their pop and smtp server.
I don't see any of their sent messages in the MTC. What adjustment
can I make so I will see
their emails?
TIA

Enable SMTP logging on the server they use to send mail. The SMTP logs
will show the sending transactions.

Thanks for the reply. So you don't think there is anyway to get
emails sent from these accounts using "pop accounts" that use the
exchange server as there smtp server to show in the MTC?

Do they connect to the Hub Transport to send messages?
It might record that info in message tracking. Worth testing.

I don't know what the Hub Transport is, so I guess not. I think I'll
just filter through the logs. Seems the path of least resistance at
this point. Thanks for your ideas.
