I have exchange configured on my server with OWA enabled so i can access it 
anywhere. I have all of the computers configured to have their emails 
delivered to a .pst on the server. With this setup, when I open OWA on the 
web, the only emails i can see are the ones that come through at the time if 
my outlook is closed on the computer. If outlook is open, the email shows up 
for a second and then goes away because it is downloaded to the .pst on the 
server. I can view my calender and tasks. My question is, how do i configure 
Exchange to look at the .psts on the server as i do not want them on the 
local machine.

You cant configure OWA to look at PST files. It will always look in the 
Exchange mailbox.

That is correct. You have removed the message from the Exchange store and 
put it in local storage (PST) instead.
Since OWA has no idea what a PST file is, it will never be able to access 
it.

if you configure the delivery point in the Outlook profile to deliver to a 
pst file instead of the mailbox, yes, that is the default location...but 
that is not recommended...it's recommended to keep the email in the mailbox 
(on the server)...OWA is server-based only, therefore, cannot see any pst 
files, no matter where they are...

We have the .pst stored on the server so that emails can be recovered in case 
of a hard drive failure. Also, we have it on there in case that an employee 
no longer works for us, we can open the .pst to find an email.

That's not an optimal design. Exchange is designed to store email in the 
information stores of the Exchange system. That's where OWA is looking for 
mail.
Since I'm not familiar with your setup, Ill say this. You gain nothing and 
in fact lose things by not keeping the mail in Exchange. Storage for 
Exchange costs the same as that storage you are using on your file server. 
Its all hard drive space and it all on servers.
I would suggest that you re-evaluate your current setup.
As Ed likes to say, If its important enough to keep, its important enough to 
keep in Exchange.

is there a way to create a second profile in outlook to have my exchange 
email sent there and my pop3 email sent to another one?
