public folder   
How can configure a public folder (mail enabled) so that every body can send 
email to this folder but only one or two users can see the folder and 
read/delete the messages in it?

Contributor set to anon will allow everyone internally as well as
externally to send to it.

Set the other perms for the users ( folder visible, editor or owner
rights etc.)
