Studio Mgmt Tools Install Failure   

I am running XP SP3 and trying to install the SQL Studio Mgmt Tools however 
it keeps failing the install stating that MSXML6 failed to install.  Not much 
other information is found for the issue and nothing reported in the 
eventlog.  Has anyone ran into this, I am running XP SP3 have anyone seen 
that cause this type of issue?

I reproduced the error you get in my test environment and in my tests it 
seems that SQL Server Setup keeps installing in case you click the OK button 
on that message box which says it can't install MSXML6' s dll.

I was finally able to correct it by removing the registery key for MSXML6.
