Auditss in SQL server 2008
I am new to SQL server 2008. A standard edition of SQL server 2008 has been
installed on windows server 2003.
While trying to setup audits, the sql server shows "Auditing is not
available in this edition of sql serer. (Micosoft SQL serve,r error:33075)"

As for as the features for Standard edition, auditing foundation is included.

So please suggest how to get this function

Re: Auditss in SQL server 2008
SQL Auditing Foundation just refers to the C2 stuff that was already in
2005. The new Auditing feature in 2008, which is different, is only in the
enterprise sku. You are not the first person to trip on this feature note
in the documentation; the current terminology is misleading to say the
least.
