Erwin with Sql Server 2005
One of our clients is having a problem reverse engineering their database
with Erwin.

It seems to give them many error messages. I am not sure what their problem
is with the program but I assume that Erwin should be able to deal with
stored procedures, views and tables.

They tried running the script we sent them to build and update their
database through Erwin and it doesn't like Print, If or sp_rename
statements.

We we looking at checking to see what Erwins problem is and wanted to find
out who sells it and if they have a trial version. We found something on
the Hallogram site. Do they own it?

Thanks,

Tom

Computer Associates (ca.com) sells Erwin. It is a bit expensive, more
than a bit if you are not used to the prices of enterprise level
tools. If you have an annual support agreement I am sure they will be
happy to talk with you. If not I am sure they will sell you one once
they confirm that you have a valid license.
