We are getting the folowing error on our MTS server where we have our application. It is going againts a Windows 2000 SP4 server that has SQL Server 2000 SP4. It is using something called "ExecShape" (I am not sure what it is). Where do I start to trouble shoot this time-out error. Note that this is a production server and we can not make changes to it right away. Also, our development and test servers have the same exact software and versions but we don't get this error on those. Any help would be appreciated............
