hard time to find the hotfix described in article ID:932674   

I have the exact problem described in the following article, but it seems 
that the hotfix is not available for download 
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932674); the build version associated to 
that hotfix is 2242

Is there a reason for why the hotfix is not available for download?
