Crystal Analysis get slow when 2users or more connect to SQL Analysis Services   

Dear Gurus,

When crystal analysis connect with 1 user crystal analysis to SQL
Analysis Services 2000, nothing wrong, it seems fine. but when 2 users
connect to analysis server, the application get slow.

is there any configuration that restrict 2 users connect to analysis
server ?

need help, thanks in advance.
